I love my Caliber 30 it is my first heli and was able to set it up and get it flying with no help. But use help to get some of the bugs worked out. Gone through a few gallons of fuel and two crashes but it has not damp'n my spirts I am looking forward to learing more advanced moves.

Built up from kit, very very easy to do, does need tuning by expert flyer before using to enhance it (thanks brett) very easy to learn but you MUST use a simulator first

Hi everyone, i have purchased an ARF Caliber 30, whichdoes fly excellent, but it has major cluch problems: The clutch itself does not retract after reducing power..without overheating or damaging the liner/clutch bell. Parts are rare here inOz., so bought a second one for parts...same thing, clutch failure after 60 mintes hovering! Now, some genius in the factury seems to have lock tight the clutch/shaft on the crank, making it unremovable...both of them..had the outfit at the shop where we bought it..no success...but was offered to buy a third one to use engine/clutch assembly...not really the way..and never had any dramas with the Sceadu 50. Is it a batch of faulty clutch material..or are there other people with same problems? If so...never again.despite the good flying characteristics. Cheers, M.May.
